    Who we are and what we doManufacturing Surfboards for over decades... Maxam Surf aka Taiwan Maxam, has been one of the leading OEM/ODM surfboard provider since 1993. In order to leverage our expertise in the field of surfboard manufacturing, we recently unveiled our own line of surfboards under the brand name March 21 Surfboards. Whats with March 21 Surfboards name you ask? It signifies the first day of spring and happens to be the founder of Maxam Surf's birthday! Every board we produce are crafted by highly skilled workers. In order to achieve the highest standards of quality, we use production materials exclusively from the US and Australia. We invest heavily in our R&D here in the factory, along with our office based in California. Our R&D focuses on new composite materials, foam blanks, resin, etc. Brand StoryIn 2003, board design label was founded by Jasmine H., who had made herself at home here in Southern California. The label name was created to symbolize a new beginning, as the first day of Spring.
